About Feniks Patchprint

Our story began in 1998 with manual screen printing on various promotional items. Through hard work and dedication, we quickly gained our first satisfied customers and set ourselves the goal of continuous development. In 2002, we took a significant step forward and introduced textile transfer printing, which enabled us to expand our range and provide higher quality solutions. Today, after more than two decades, we are proud of the many satisfied customers who keep coming back to us. This encourages us to continue to ensure quality and follow modern technologies.

FAQ

1What are transfers?
Transfers are semi-finished products in which the motif is first printed on transfer paper and then transferred to the textile using a heat press.
2What do I need to transfer the overlays?
You need a heat press, which can be manual or pneumatic, as our transfer machines are suitable for both types.
3I want to print a smaller design. How do I prepare the file for the sheet size?
The space available to you on the transfer sheets is a field that is colored blue. In this dimension, you can insert different motifs or several identical motifs, which you will later cut into the final format before transferring. This way, we can ensure maximum utilization of the transfer sheets and thus a low price.
4What is the maximum size of the sheets?
The largest size is the D-sheet (printing area is 298 x 450 mm). Otherwise, you have all the information in the transfer sheets.
5What files are suitable for printing transfers?
Depending on the type of motif for printing, we accept the following file formats: Vector: pdf, svg, cdr, ai and eps. Pixel (photos): jpg, png, tiff. Please note that the files sent are in a sufficiently high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and a 1:1 ratio and are appropriately marked with the printing colors. Please note that digital printing does not allow for the exact reproduction of colors according to the Pantone system.
6What can I do if I am not satisfied with the quality of the product?
We have satisfied many customers with our quality. Why not you too? You have 8 days after receipt to make a complaint.
